Key Responsibility

What you'll do:

Align supply chain operations with Bare Pets’ commitment to quality, ensuring that every product delivered contributes to pet health and owner satisfaction.
Develop and implement inventory forecasting models to maintain optimal stock levels, avoiding overstocking or stockouts while minimizing costs.
Lead product development initiatives, ensuring new products meet Bare Pets’ high standards for nutrition and quality.
Manage product registry and compliance, guaranteeing adherence to local regulations and Bare Pets’ quality promises.
Oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to distribution, optimizing for efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain strategies support Bare Pets’ mission and market positioning.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms, focusing on sustainability, ethical sourcing, and quality assurance.

Competency

Proven experience in supply chain management within the pet food industry or related fields.
Demonstrated success in inventory management and demand forecasting.
