Key Responsibility

What you'll do:

Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance Bare Pets’ market presence and profitability in Asia.
Oversee all operational aspects, including sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain management.
Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve and surpass business targets.
Foster strong relationships with local partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure business growth and compliance.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to adapt strategies and introduce innovative product offerings.

Competency

Competencies (Experience)

8+ years of leadership experience in the pet food industry or related sectors.
Proven track record of growing a business’s market share and profitability.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing a company’s budget and resources.
Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a history of building successful partnerships.
