Join our team as a Merchandiser in Metro Manila, managing 30 Pet Express stores. With a salary of 20-25k PHP plus travel allowance, you’ll report to the Brand Manager. Must have own transportation and retail experience. Help us ensure top-notch presentation and product placement.
Key Responsibility
What you'll do:
- Manage and oversee merchandising activities across 30 Pet Express stores.
- Ensure product displays are appealing and meet brand standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with store managers to optimize product placement.
- Collect and analyze sales data to inform merchandising strategies.
- Report regularly to the Brand Manager on store performance.
Competency
Competencies (Experience)
- Proven experience in retail or merchandising, preferably in the pet industry.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles.
- Experience working with multiple store locations.
- Ability to analyze sales data and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
