If you decide to request a refund, go to “Request a Refund“ under the “Orders“ section in your account. Fill out the form, including the unboxing video, and submit it.
Once your return is shipped back to our designated location, you’ll receive 100% of the total price paid in back to your payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days.

Welcome to Bare Pets, where we are dedicated to ensuring your pet’s satisfaction through our Bare Promise. When you purchase our dog food products, you are eligible for our satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:
bare promise mechanics
Our Bare Promise is applicable to dog food products and is valid for claims made within 15 days of purchase. To qualify for the guarantee, you must provide proof of purchase and not have more than 1 serving removed from the bag (verified by our team once its received).

We reserve the right to assess prior transactional history before honoring a claim under the Bare Promise guarantee.
Claims under the Bare Promise are subject to our sole discretion.
Refunds are NOT applicable to any sample sized products. For clarity, any products under the cost of 500 PHP for a single unit are not eligible for refund.
Refunds are only available to first time customers on their first purchase.

If your pet refuses to eat the food, and it has been fed for the first time following a period of gradual introduction appropriate for your pet, you may be eligible for a refund.
In order to qualify for a refund, you must provide a video showing the process of opening the food and your dog’s reaction to it for the first time.
Products purchased in conjunction with a promotion will be refunded at the promotional price. Promotional giveaways must be returned for a full refund on the purchased product.
The Palatability Guarantee is limited to a single refund of one bag per household within a 12-month period.

To apply for a refund under the Bare Promise, you must supply us with the remaining contents of the bag of food with a video showing at least 90% of the food (by weight) remains uneaten.
The product must still be within its use-by date.

The Bare Promise is applicable only to items purchased directly from our online store at barepets.com and not applicable to purchases made through other retailers or e-tailers.
