Bare Pets Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Bare Pets website (the “Site”) and its services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Bare Pets.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms.
3. Account Creation and Security
a. Account Information: When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
b. Unauthorized Access: You agree to notify Bare Pets immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account or password, or any other breach of security.
4. Products and Services
a. Product Information: Bare Pets offers various products and services related to pet care. Product descriptions and pricing information are subject to change without notice.
b. Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
5. User Conduct
a. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including but not limited to: unauthorized use of the Site, violating any laws, infringing on intellectual property rights, or harassing other users.
b. User Content: Any content you submit on the Site, including reviews, comments, and suggestions, must not violate the rights of third parties, and you grant Bare Pets a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
6. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership: All content and materials on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, are the intellectual property of Bare Pets and protected by copyright laws.
b. Trademarks: Bare Pets’ trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Bare Pets.
7. Third-Party Links
a. Third-Party Websites: The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Bare Pets. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of these websites, and your use of such websites is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
a. Site Availability: The Site is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Bare Pets does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
b. Limitation of Liability: Bare Pets shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Site or these Terms, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or other legal theory.
9. Termination
Bare Pets reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local country you’re purchasing from, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms of Service
Bare Pets reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Bare Promise: Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Bare Pets, where we are dedicated to ensuring your pet’s satisfaction through our Bare Promise. When you purchase our dog food products, you are eligible for our satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:
1. Bare Promise Mechanics:
Our Bare Promise is applicable to dog food products and is valid for claims made within 15 days of purchase. To qualify for the guarantee, you must provide proof of purchase or be a member of our loyalty program.
2. Eligibility Criteria:
We reserve the right to assess prior transactional history before honoring a claim under the Bare Promise guarantee.Claims under the Bare Promise are subject to our sole discretion.
3. Refund Process:
If your pet refuses to eat the food, and it has been fed for the first time following a period of gradual introduction appropriate for your pet, you may be eligible for a refund.
In order to qualify for a refund, you must provide a video showing the process of opening the food and your dog’s reaction to it for the first time.
Products purchased in conjunction with a promotion will be refunded at the promotional price. Promotional giveaways must be returned for a full refund on the purchased product.
The Palatability Guarantee is limited to a single refund of one bag per household within a 12-month period.
Bare will provide a refund after the food is received and confirmed not removed more than 1 serving or tampered with. Refunds will be done to the original payment method or as a store credit at the sole discretion of the Bare Pets team.
4. Claim Process:
To apply for a refund under the Bare Promise, you must supply us with the remaining contents of the bag of food or a photograph showing at least 90% of the food (by weight) remains uneaten.
The product must still be within its use-by date.
5. Exclusions:
The Bare Promise is applicable only to items purchased directly from our store and not applicable to purchases made through other retailers or e-tailers.
